Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Customised, altered, bridal, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with clear photos, order details, and an unboxing video if available. Our team will review the request and guide you with the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the product has been inspected and approved by our team. The refund timeline may depend on the payment method and banking process.
Shipping Charges
Return or exchange shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified wrong or defective product delivered from our side.
